I spammed over 2200 faculty members with an invitation to vote on topics of interest for formation of Learning Communities, and used the opportunity to sneak in the first public mention of UCalgaryBlogs.ca. There’s no turning back now. Full steam ahead!

At first I didn’t like the overly blurred photo, but this works for me on so many levels. The motion blur, and slight blur of the bike itself. That’s what it feels like when I’m riding. Reality blurs. It’s just me, in focus, and everything else just blurs by as I pass through. The only other way I could describe it would be like The Ring Effect, when Frodo slips that sucker on…
